Submitting a request for funding

Welcome to our introductory page for online submissions. The 2024 cycle is now closed. For the 2025 cycle, submissions will be possible between 10 February and 10 April. Submissions made after April 10 will not be considered.

The results of the selection process will be announced by the end of September 2025.

Please read carefully the following points before beginning to input your project details:

  • This site is intended to optimize the submission/selection process by guiding you in the description of your project through several preformatted forms;
  • Each form contains Help that is designed to assist you in the description of your project;
  • You may save your project and work on it again at your convenience before finally submitting it;
  • Re-read your project submission carefully before submitting it. Keep in mind that once your project is submitted, the selection process will begin;
  • Should you have any questions or difficulties in completing the forms please contact the Secretariat of the Alstom Foundation on alstom-foundation@alstomgroup.com
  • Each project submission requires the support of an Alstom employee acting on the role of Project Promoter. This employee shall be based in the country where the project is implemented. If you do not know anyone from Alstom, the Secretariat of the Foundation may (without guarantee) try to help you find one willing to support your application. The deadline for such requests to the Secretariat is 20 March 2025.
